Selling a home or buying a home can be a stressful experience for some. Brent was very knowledgeable on market conditions and comps in our area to ensure we were getting the best outcome for our home. I've know Brent for years and his approach to his customers is suburb and quick to action. GREAT HOME SELLING EXPERIENCE!
Brent was great to work with. He came to the initial meeting with me very prepared to discuss my options. He was very knowledgeable about my neighborhood and tailored my options based on this information. Even though it was a sellers market when I sold my house, Brent did not cut corners and spent the time necessary to get me the fastest and most profitable sale. For example, he spent the time making sure the presentation of the house in the listing looked great and he even did a drone video showing the neighborhood and my foothills view. As we progressed through the home selling process, he provided me with frequent updates. I will probably be leaving Colorado, but if I were to stay, I would definitely contact Brent to help me find a new home. I would give him the highest recommendation.

Perfect home buying process.
Brent was great to work with and very accommodating and willing to meet us at the property in the winter (after new snow), which was located in a remote area and on unpaved roads. The entire home buying process was smooth and went flawless from offer to closing which all occurred in much less time that anticipated.

We were new to Denver and didn't know much about the area, so we heavily relied on his expertise. He recommended several good lenders that he had worked with and trusted. We really appreciated the way he went above and beyond. When he found out the sellers couldn't provide a garage door remote, he went and bought two for us and even programmed them to work with our opener. It was a pleasure working with Brent! At first we weren't sure if we wanted to sell our starter home, but with the housing market on fire with the pandemic and everyone moving, it seemed like the right time. Our main concern with selling was about the potential chaos involved with such a large process during a pandemic. We had a lot of questions about the process, all of the paperwork that might be involved, whether we would need to make repairs before selling, other risks, etc. We decided to contact Brent, and he immediately scheduled a meeting with us at our -now former- home.
Fast forward, he came with all the information that we requested; information based on research and his own experience that eventually helped us make up our minds and move forward with selling our property. While it took us a year to get ready for the big move as we did some renovations and research, Brent was always there to answer all of our questions, share a joke or two (as he has a great sense of humor), and to help facilitate the selling process.
Additionally, I would like to point out that he was very open to feedback and working with our multicultural and bilingual household, and all the components to it.
